Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to submit a substitute. If you cannot find a substitute, please email your cancellation request to acct@tml.org by October 14 for the Annexation: What’s Left? Webinar, by October 21 for the Disaster Response: What You Need to Know Webinar, by December 2 for the Open Meetings Update: Walking Quorums, Public Comment, and More Webinar, and by December 9 for the Small Cell Update: How’s it Playing Out? Webinar. If you are registered for the combination package (all four webinars) and need to cancel, please email your request to acct@tml.org by October 14. No refunds will be honored after these dates listed.
